REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At TKB Essential, we want to ensure your satisfaction. If an item does not suit you, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with this Refund and Return Policy.
By making a purchase on www.tkbessential.com, you agree to the conditions described below.
1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is received to request:
- a return;
- a size exchange;
- a refund (if applicable).
After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept the request.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
For a return to be accepted, the item must strictly be:
✅ unworn
✅ unwashed
✅ unused
✅ in its original condition
✅ with the original tags attached
✅ in its original packaging where possible
Items showing signs of use, washing, perfume, deterioration, or alteration will not be accepted.
3. NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- worn clothing;
- washed clothing;
- items damaged after receipt;
- stained or altered products;
- products without original tags;
- requests made after the 30-day period.
TKB Essential reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
4. SIZE EXCHANGE
We understand that a size may sometimes not be suitable.
Size exchanges are permitted subject to:
- stock availability;
- compliance with the return conditions;
- a request made within the 30-day period.
If the requested size is no longer available, a refund or store credit may be offered depending on the situation.
5. RETURN COSTS
Cases where TKB Essential covers return costs
Return costs will be covered by TKB Essential when:
- an incorrect item was sent;
- a received product is defective;
- an order error is attributable to our team;
- the size sent does not match the one ordered.
Cases where the customer covers return costs
Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer when:
- the wrong size was selected when placing the order;
- the customer changes their mind;
- the product does not match a personal preference;
- the customer no longer wishes to keep the item through no fault of ours.
Initial shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
6. RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at:

Please include in your request:
- your order number;
- the item(s) concerned;
- the reason for the return;
- photos of the product if it has a defect.

7. REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the refund is approved:
- it will be processed via the original payment method;
- the processing time will depend on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERRORS
If you receive:
- an incorrect item;
- a damaged product;
- a defective item;

9. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If an order is returned to TKB Essential due to:
- an incorrect address provided by the customer;
- refusal of receipt;
- extended absence preventing delivery;
reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.
